Who we are

What data we collect

When you submit an enquiry, request a brochure, or save a configuration, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number and site address, if provided
• Your configuration selections (model, finishes, interior options)

We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, referring page) for security and performance purposes.

How we use it

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, send you the information you requested, and follow up on your configuration. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except our CRM provider (LeadConnect, operated by Go High Level) and our email delivery provider.

Retention

We retain enquiry data for three years from the date of submission. You may request deletion at any time by writing to hello@hortea.ie.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data. You also have the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability.
